E-Learning Training Courses
These classes provide the benefit of flexibility to learn at your own pace and schedule. E-Learning Courses are available online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Advantages include automated certificate generation, expiration reminders, and a repository of files containing materials and videos for later reference. These courses will equip service technicians with the necessary knowledge for rapid response, enabling successful course participants to diagnose and resolve common service items as well as perform preventative maintenance.

Factory Training Courses
Designed for Hospital Clinical Engineers and Biomedical Staff
The First Responder training course is beneficial for any technician who maintains Skytron equipment. The courses cover preventive maintenance procedures, basic adjustments, component terminology, operational theory, and basic repairs for Skytron equipment.

Clinical First Responder Training includes Skytron Tables, Lights, and Booms.

Infection Prevention First Responder Training includes Sterilizers, Washers, and Ultrasonics.

First Responder training is a five-day course delivered at Skytron’s offices in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Each student must attend the complete course in order to receive a certificate of completion and competency. Enrollment is limited to 8 people per class and is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Hospital employees must contact their local Skytron representative for registration. Penalties for late cancellation may apply.
